Job summary

TrustPoint is seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Manager / Operations Support at our Herndon, Virginia location to own the people and workplace functions enabling scale. You’ll consolidate HR and office tasks, build onboarding, benefits, records, and compliance, and support growth toward 30+ employees.

You will split time between HR generalist duties and office operations—vendor coordination, badging, space readiness, and events—building scalable processes and shaping culture as the company

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of combined HR generalist and office/workplace management experience.
• Hands-on payroll and benefits administration ownership.
• Working knowledge of federal and Virginia employment law; classification & leave handling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle: requisitions, recruiting, offers, onboarding, offboarding.
• Run HR operations end to end: payroll, benefits, leave, and leave tracking.
• Manage HR compliance, records, policy maintenance, and documentation.
• Oversee office operations: vendor coordination, facilities, security, and events.
