Job summary

Geneva Search Partners LLC is seeking a hands-on Office Manager/HR lead to oversee payroll for two entities, HR administration, compliance, records, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and recruiting support. You will partner with senior leadership to support corporate and field operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR/office roles, strong payroll experience, and proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in HR, office admin, payroll or related roles.
• Experience supporting multi-location operations in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service.
• Strong payroll experience with large employee populations.
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, payroll systems, MS Office, and recruiting platforms.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication with employees at all levels.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll for two separate companies.
• Maintain confidential employee records and onboarding/offboarding documents.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with inquiries.
• Process employment verifications, garnishments, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support recruiting platforms and job boards; coordinate interviews.
• Provide office and HR operations support to leadership.
