Position Overview
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. You will work closely with the executive team and department managers to develop and implement HR programs and policies that promote a positive work culture and drive employee engagement. Your role will involve managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and values
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, incentive plans, and employee benefits
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HR records and systems
- Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion
Education
Required High School Diploma

3 years relevant experience
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates analytical skills, ability to influence at assignment leadership levels, exhibits group process and facilitation skills.
- Displays integrity and ethics in handling confidential information.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of organizational responsiveness.
- Ability to use computer software for analysis and presentation (i.e., spreadsheets, and word processing).
- Ability to organize, adapt and re-prioritize activities and projects to meet deadlines in an environment of rapid change and growth. Applies innovative and creative approach to assignments and challenges.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Dependable transportation and appropriate driving record required for off-site assignments.
