Job summary

SBA Group, including SBA Home North Carolina, seeks an HR Coordinator to support the HR team and handle daily office functions at the Mocksville facility. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, trainings, internal/external communications, events and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and strong collaboration across teams, with a focus on delivering efficient HR operations and a welcoming workplace.

Qualifications

• Have degree in Business administration, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with HR systems and MS Office is expected.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, trainings and HR communications.
• Coordinate HR initiatives, projects and reporting.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and events.
• Greet visitors and manage front-office tasks; maintain documentation and compliance.
