Qualifications

• Must be based in Mohali/Chandigarh or willing to commute
• Bachelor's/Master's degree or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage but not mandatory
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Support hiring for technology roles such as Marketing Analytics, AI/ML, Data Engineering and BI.
• Learn basic recruitment concepts and hiring processes.
• Assist in employee onboarding and document collection.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support attendance and leave record management.
• Help organize employee engagement and HR initiatives.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, trackers, and recruitment dashboards.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Assist in managing the company's LinkedIn page by creating recruitment and employer branding posts.
• Research, write, and edit content for LinkedIn Newsletter and articles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas for LinkedIn articles and newsletters.
• Support LinkedIn marketing initiatives to increase employer brand visibility and engagement.
• Create engaging content such as job posts, hiring campaigns, and company announcements.
• Monitor LinkedIn analytics and newsletter performance, and suggest improvement ideas.

During the internship, you will gain hands on experience in recruiting technology professionals, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding activities, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. You will work closely with founders while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

• Research, write, and edit content for the company's LinkedIn Newsletter, including articles on technology trends, company updates, recruitment insights, employee stories, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas and transform them into engaging LinkedIn articles and newsletters.
• Support LinkedIn marketing initiatives to increase employer brand visibility, page engagement, and follower growth.
• Create engaging content such as job posts, hiring campaigns, employee spotlights, case studies, and company announcements.
• Monitor LinkedIn analytics and newsletter performance, prepare basic engagement reports, and recommend ideas to improve reach and engagement.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics to develop relevant content and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be based in or willing to commute to Mohali / Chandigarh.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
