Qualifications

• Experience preparing executive briefings, summary reports, and strategic recommendations on marketing and communications initiatives to support Office of Human Resources leadership decision-making.
• Experience managing and enhancing digital marketing and web content for the Office of Human Resources' public-facing and internal websites. Develops, maintains, and publishes accurate, accessible, and brand-consistent content that supports recruitment marketing, employer branding, and organizational communications while optimizing the user experience.
• Experience partnering with Office of Human Resources leadership and program offices to develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies that integrate branding, digital marketing, talent sourcing, communications and outreach activities to attract qualified candidates and support hiring initiatives.
