Agilix Solutions is seeking an HR Manager to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The role will handle talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, development, performance management, benefits, policies, and compliance.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the position collaborates with the Payroll & Benefits Manager to support HR operations. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR, strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication, and proficient HRIS

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition or HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Experience with HRIS systems (ADP WorkforceNow preferred).

Responsabilités

• Support Talent Acquisition with recruiting and onboarding tasks.
• Manage employee relations with guidance from HR leadership and legal as needed.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives with HR team support.
• Assist with development and administration of training plans.
• Complete federal, state, and local HR compliance reporting.
