Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR or management roles.
• Experience in recruitment, HR management, performance appraisals and training is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other bilingual skills are a plus.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
