Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years HR experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English to perform duties.
• HR background and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and administer benefits.
• Assist in answering employee questions or concerns.
• Ensure payroll is accurately prepared and reported on time.
• Maintain confidentiality of records and information.
• Oversee safety and disaster plan understanding.
• Support training opportunities and employee programs.
• Attend community events as needed.
