Job summary

Glenville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to support employees and facility leadership. This role focuses on onboarding, employee records, payroll queries, benefits support, and policy compliance in a busy healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience or related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare or skilled nursing HR experience is a plus; transferable HR experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees and managers, answering HR questions and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation to ensure new hires feel prepared and welcomed.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition to support hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system information, including required documents.
• Coordinate payroll-related updates and resolve timekeeping questions with proper teams.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and connect them with the benefits team.
• Support employee relations, attendance, and performance management with regional HR guidance.
• Help apply policies consistently and assist with compliance questions.
