Job summary

Rock City Enterprises is seeking a Human Resources Manager to foster a positive workplace by leading partner relations, engagement, investigations, and recognition initiatives. You will oversee HR processes including performance management, benefits administration, and compliance under the Vice President of People and Culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, I/O Psychology, or related field.
• At least five years of experience in human resources, focusing on partner relations and engagement.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture, partner experience, and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee investigations and compliance activities.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
• Develop community engagement and volunteer programs.
• Lead HR team and manage budgets; drive operational excellence.
