Job summary

This role also leads community engagement, volunteer programs, and core HR processes including performance management, benefits, and compliance, reporting to the Vice President of People and Culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources, with focus on partner relations and engagement.
• Professional certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead partner relations and engagement initiatives to improve employee experience.
• Oversee investigations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Design and implement recognition programs and community engagement activities.
• Guide performance management, benefits administration, and HR processes.
• Manage budgets and report on HR metrics to leadership.
