You will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations, coordinate benefits, and partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of labor regulations and compliance.
• Experience partnering with leaders to implement HR initiatives.
• Experience with apprenticeship programs is a plus.
