Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Partner with leaders to develop HR initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• SHRM or HRCI credential preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, and policies; educates stakeholders on risk mitigation.
• Represents VISPO in talent acquisition activities and manages onboarding processes.
• Oversees apprenticeship and internship programs and staff development.
• Leads benefits planning and total rewards strategy with leadership.
• Promotes a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
• Advises executives on HR-related matters and develops strategic initiatives.
