Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to partner with the management team at Oracle Park, driving HR, staffing, ER/IR, and policy compliance. The role demands on-site leadership, coordination across unions, and a focus on workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR department, improve and execute seasonal workflows.
• Partner with site managers on employee relations with hourly staff.
• Represent the company at employment tribunals and support training.
• Collaborate with GM and Senior HRM to improve workplace culture.
• Prepare reports and review worker relations queries.
• Advise on adjustments to jobs where employees have a disability.
• Engage with union representatives and labor relations activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and legal health and safety requirements.
