Job summary

Aramark Sports + Entertainment in San Francisco seeks a Division Manager Catering to lead Oracle Park's catering operations, drive guest experiences, and manage financial performance across events.

You will oversee event bookings, menus, pricing, staffing, and contract compliance, while building strong client relationships and delivering world-class hospitality for concerts, private events, and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, or Business Management preferred.
• Strong focus on client services, entrepreneurship, and growing the business.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with clients and senior management.
• Comfort with contract terms and leveraging opportunities within contracts.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget and financial controls.
• Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering and restaurant operations, including booking events, supervising teams, and menu costing.
• Manage all aspects of preparation, service, and cleanup for multiple catering operations.
• Develop and implement catering solutions to meet customer needs.
• Build and maintain client rapport and drive revenue initiatives.
• Conduct annual marketing analyses for F&B operations.
• Set service and presentation standards and ensure compliance.
• Lead staffing and manage scheduling to meet Giants Entertainment budgets.
• Oversee revenue, expenses, and receivables reporting for catering.
