Rusnak Auto Group in Pasadena is seeking a Human Resources Manager to protect the company and employees by overseeing HR services, policies, and programs across multiple franchises. This role covers employee relations, compensation and benefits, development, personnel records, safety, training, talent acquisition, and compliance to foster a professional, diverse workplace.

The compensation is $125,000 per year with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a respected automotive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; or 4 years HR management experience.
• 7+ years comprehensive HR experience; with 3+ years staff management.
• Advanced HR degree, SPHR or PHR certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR programs and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
• Manage employee relations across 15 franchises in 7 locations; guide managers on policy.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, performance management, and job descriptions.
• Lead recruiting, safety programs, training, and policy maintenance.
