Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 7+ years comprehensive HR experience with 3+ years in management.
• SPHR or PHR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR programs compliant with labor laws.
• Manage employee relations across multiple franchises and locations.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management processes.
