HD Supply in Colorado is seeking an HR leader to implement staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning programs across the distribution and logistics functions. You will collect and analyze HR data and present recommendations to management, communicating programs to the responsible area.
The role partners with business leaders to drive performance improvements, manage acquisitions, and build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues.
3-5 years of experience leading HR teams within distribution, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain environments.
Strong expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
Demonstrated success coaching leaders and driving accountability through effective performance management practices.
Ability to build credibility, influence decision-making, and communicate effectively with associates and leaders at all levels of the organization.
Experience using HRIS and workforce management systems, including Workday and Kronos.
Implement HR programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning. Collects and analyzes HR data and makes recommendations to management. Responsible for communicating programs to the area of responsibility.
