Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources at our Savannah location. You will manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration while driving positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation and unemployment laws.

A safety focus will ensure partners are trained on safety policies and procedures and a culture of safety at the location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all general areas of human resources including turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and monitor compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, Workers' Comp and unemployment laws.
