You will partner with site leadership on workforce planning, performance, and organizational needs while driving talent and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in HR, strong coaching, and experience in a matrixed or global environment, with a focus on manufacturing/engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience in leadership coaching, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Partnership & Business Acumen: Align with site leaders on objectives to guide workforce planning, performance, and organizational needs.
• Talent & Organizational Effectiveness: Lead recruiting support, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, onboarding.
• Problem Solving & Employee Relations: Coach managers through issues and development opportunities for a high-performing environment.
• Operational Excellence & Compliance: Oversee benefits support, policy interpretation, and employment-law compliance.
• Change Management & Agility: Support organizational changes and site initiatives with effective communication.
