Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR Manager for a hybrid role in the Washington, DC area. You will lead a HR team and oversee recruitment, employee relations, policy compliance, compensation and benefits, and strategic HR initiatives.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with hybrid flexibility. The position is a 2-3 month engagement with potential conversion to permanent employment based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
