Job summary

FranFund, a growing Texas-based company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR function, partner with managers, and continuously strengthen our people practices as we scale.

You’ll own the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and engagement—while coordinating payroll and benefits in ADP Workforce Now and keeping records compliant.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience
• Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Active SHRM certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR)
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, ER, PM, compliance
• Solid understanding of federal and Texas employment laws
• Strong technology skills and ability to learn HR systems
• Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting and onboarding from job posting through new hire orientation
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR questions
• Coordinate payroll and maintain accurate employee information in ADP Workforce Now
• Administer benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), open enrollment
• Manage performance review processes and provide feedback/development
• Maintain compliant employee records and HR practices
• Keep company policies and the employee handbook current
• Support compliance with federal and Texas employment laws
• Create HR reports and provide workforce insights to leadership
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes
• Strengthen employee engagement and overall experience
