Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Manager.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Experience with ADP and HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for managers, employees, and counsel on HR matters.
• Manage benefits program and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Maintain HR reports and personnel files compliant with laws.
• Monitor leave records and workers' compensation processes.
• Ensure policy adherence across the organization.
