Job summary

Dudley Land Company in Oklahoma City is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead people operations across our affiliated companies. This hands-on role is a true owner position, reporting to the President and shaping how we hire, pay, support, and grow our team.

You’ll manage payroll for a multi-state operation, oversee benefits and 401(k), and guide compliance, employee relations, and policy. A Bachelor's in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years as an HR Manager or Generalist.
• Experience running payroll for a multi-state employer.
• Strong knowledge of employment regulations (DOL, FLSA, ACA, EEOC, FMLA).
• Experience administering benefits and 401(k) plans.
• Proven hiring and onboarding experience.
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function end to end and be the go-to resource for managers and employees.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, benefits, and 401(k) plans; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with managers on staffing needs, postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and update HR policies.
