We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager: Field Operations to join our team in the construction industry. This role is an integral part of our organization, responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of our field operations human resources. The successful candidate will be a key facilitator of talent management, performance management, and change management. They will also be responsible for managing 401K, benefits, enrollment, and compensation packages, as well as resolving conflicts and implementing HR policies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of workforce planning and a passion for people.
1. Lead and manage all aspects of HR for field operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, and talent management.
2. Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
3. Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages, including 401K and enrollment processes.
4. Facilitate effective change management strategies to support organizational growth and development.
5. Manage conflict resolution processes, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
6. Collaborate with senior management to develop workforce planning and strategic planning initiatives.
7. Utilize UKG for various HR management tasks and processes.
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to HR in the construction industry.
9. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification will be an added advantage.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, 401K, benefits, enrollment, and compensation & benefits.
4. Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices in the construction industry.
5. Strong experience in change management and conflict resolution.
6. Proficiency in using UKG for HR management.
7. Excellent strategic planning and workforce planning skills.
8. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
9. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
10. Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
11. High ethical standards and ability to manage confidential data.
