The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Manager supervising the Human Resources aspect of a Law Firm. Experience managing human relations, 401(k), payroll, open enrollment, and benefits is necessary for this role. This candidate must have experience managing all aspects of human resources with minimal supervision.
