MISSION OF THE POSITION
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. This role plays a key part in supporting company culture, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, leave of absence programs, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Lead performance management processes and assist in the development of employee training and development programs.
- Support employee development initiatives, including identifying and tracking training needs and coordinating training programs
- Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to support decision-making and identify trends.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Essential Duties

Additional Responsibilities
Will be called upon to oversee Company front-office management to Include:
- Develop and implement front-office policies and procedures to ensure timely communication, efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in managing the front-office budget for team-building events and promotional items, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
- Assist in tracking and scheduling corporate-level meetings, all-employee office calls and team-building events.
- Assist and improve knowledge management processes to benefit the employee workforce and inter-office efficiency and communication.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
Experience
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
TALENTS
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
