MISSION OF THE POSITION

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development.   • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, leave of absence programs, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Lead performance management processes and assist in the development of employee training and development programs.
  • Support employee development initiatives, including identifying and tracking training needs and coordinating training programs
  • Assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes

Essential Duties

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, leave of absence programs, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Additional Responsibilities

Will be called upon to oversee Company front-office management to Include:

  • Develop and implement front-office policies and procedures to ensure timely communication, efficiency and compliance.
  • Assist in managing the front-office budget for team-building events and promotional items, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in tracking and scheduling corporate-level meetings, all-employee office calls and team-building events.
  • Assist and improve knowledge management processes to benefit the employee workforce and inter-office efficiency and communication.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.

TALENTS

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
