Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team. This role will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture while partnering with leadership to meet business goals.

The role requires 5+ years of HR leadership, strong knowledge of California employment laws, and a focus on building a high-performing, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, HRIS/ATS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Experience in the construction, home improvement, or skilled trades industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support company growth.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Support organizational planning and continuous process improvement.
