Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced Manager of HR to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team in Roseville, California.

This role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation and benefits, and partners with leadership to align HR with business goals.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, drive HR strategies, ensure labor-law compliance, administer benefits, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
