Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, HRIS/ATS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Experience in construction, home improvement, or skilled trades is a plus.
