Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team. This role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture while partnering with leadership to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, compliance, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, HRIS/ATS platforms, and reporting tools.

• Support organizational planning and continuous process improvement
