Job summary

Rose Remodeling is seeking an experienced Manager of HR to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and support our growing team. This role manages talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture while partnering with leadership to achieve business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in HR leadership, strong knowledge of California employment laws, and experience with HRIS/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, HRIS/ATS platforms, and reporting tools.
• Experience in the construction, home improvement, or skilled trades industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support company growth.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Hold department managers accountable to company policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Support organizational planning and continuous process improvement.
