Job summary

The Sage Solutions Group in Detroit metro is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions for our clients and support organizational growth. You will oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance while fostering employee development.

Ideal candidates hold a business HR degree, HR certification, and at least 3 years of HR management or generalist experience, with strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM/PHR, etc) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years HR Manager or Generalist level experience.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and strong analytical/organizational skills.

HR MANAGER - CONSULTANT - METRO DETROIT

Sage Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team!

The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all Human Resource functions for our clients. The selected candidate will also provide general administrative duties with an emphasis on human resources projects including, but not limited to, payroll, benefits, maintaining electronic filing systems, onboarding, etc. The ideal candidate will be able to support organizational growth and employee development while ensuring compliance in all areas of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing implementing, maintaining, and training on HR policies
• Directing onboarding, open enrollment, and hiring.
• Managing payroll, benefits, compliance, documentation, filing, etc.
• Partnering with leadership to achieve key strategic plans

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, HR preferred
• Professional in Human Resources certification preferred (SHRM, PHR, etc)
• Minimum of 3 years HR Manager or Generalist level experience
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
