Key Responsibilities

• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with department heads

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
• Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll and maintaining accurate employee records
• Enroll new employees in health, vision, and dental benefit plans
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
• Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies

Qualifications
