Job summary

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for implementing processes and programs that advance effective recruiting and retention of the company's most important asset (the co-worker) within his/her assigned Region. This is accomplished by collaborating with Regional Managers and other members of the Human Resources Team.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Human Resource Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.
