Sage Integration Holdings, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, employee records, payroll, and benefits. You will help ensure compliance and improve the employee experience across HR programs.
The role collaborates with the HR team to manage HRIS records, generate reports, answer policy questions, and support training initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

The Human Resources Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of human resources programs and processes. This role is responsible for providing support across recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee engagement activities. The Human Resources Specialist serves as a trusted resource for fellow Sage employees, ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and confidentially. This position works closely with the other HR team members and supports the overall employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) is a plus. 2-4 years of Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, benefits, or similar experience preferred.
