Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding, employee documentation, and records management.
• Support benefits administration and payroll processes.
• Maintain HRIS data and generate standard reports as requested.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and company events.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with policies and regulations.
