Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED.
• Preference for 60 college level hours.
• Candidate must undergo fingerprinting background check (approx. $50).
• Three (3) years HR experience; experience with leave and workers’ compensation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process all long-term absences and determine eligibility for leave programs.
• Counsel employees and supervisors on leave benefits and documentation.
• Coordinate with payroll on leaves and workers’ compensation claims.
• Assist with employee orientations and prepare related reports.
• Respond to unemployment claims and manage related communications.
