Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Learning Generalist to support the Organization Development & Learning team on a short-term basis in Houston, Texas. This role will drive learning and development initiatives across a complex business line.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field, with a preference for an advanced degree, and have over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in the Oil & Gas industry. This hybrid role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Duration: 2.5+Months

Pay Rate: $90/hr on W2
