Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Minnesota offers the HR Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) for recent graduates. Participants rotate across HRBP, HRG, and CoE roles, gaining business acumen, leadership, and HR expertise through three years of rotational assignments.

Locations include Medina, Plymouth, Wyoming, Roseau, Huntsville, Rigby and Elkhart; relocation is included. Completion leads to a full-time HR role. Start dates are January or June, with mentorship, networking, and structured development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• Graduation date between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Must commit to 40 hours per week starting Jan 11, 2027 or Jun 14, 2027.
• U.S. person and not requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align talent and workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent management across attraction, development, retention, and succession.
• Lead performance management through coaching on goals, feedback, development, and outcomes.
• Provide employee relations guidance; resolve concerns and investigations with consistent policies.
• Support Total Rewards programs with leaders on compensation, benefits, and rewards.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness through design, planning, engagement, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Ensure HR operational excellence with processes, compliance, HR systems, and workforce insights.
• Enable organizational change by guiding leaders and employees through business changes.
