Job summary

Conagra Brands is offering an 11-week Human Resources Internship designed to immerse you in our HR organization. You will support daily HR operations, partner with leadership, and gain exposure to compensation, generalist, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

This internship is a pipeline to our HR Development Program with rotations in corporate and manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a master’s degree program (MHR, MBA or equivalent) with at least 1 semester remaining after the internship.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or related area.
• Willing to relocate for the duration of the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR department in daily operations and support leadership on corporate or manufacturing HR teams.
• Contribute to compensation, generalist, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives.
• Engage in high-impact assignments as part of the HR Development Program and participate in networking across the company.
