• Experience in data analysis and presenting insights using Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand priorities and contribute to HR strategies.
• Analyze workforce, operational, and financial data to identify trends and support recommendations.
• Connect HR initiatives across talent, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to support integrated HR solutions.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Research emerging HR trends and AI to inform innovative solutions and present results to senior HR leadership.
