Job summary

Neaton Rome in Rome, GA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee associate relations, benefits, and HR policies. You will supervise staffing, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

The role reports to the President and collaborates with EHS and other departments to advance organizational objectives. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software.
• Ability to supervise and direct employees.
• 5-7 years experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff administration of associate relations programs.
• Supervise staffing activities including recruiting,testing, placement,orientation,transfer,promotion and engage in these activities directly when necessary
• Develop and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures.
• Preparation of company budget.
• Participate and promote participation in company programs
• Preparation of departmental objectives.
• Prepare and administer performance reviews.
• Develop/Prepare J-Sox documentation for labor cost & business level control/entities
• Support EHS initiatives and programs
• Administer the DOT program for drivers
• ISO14001 certification administration
