The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as a trusted advisor to facility leadership and to manage HR programs across the site.

You will oversee recruiting support, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and policy compliance, ensuring accurate HRIS data and compliant processes. You will lead employee relations, assist with training, and coordinate with regional HR teams to align with corporate guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as advisor to Facility Administrator on HR issues.
• Support recruiting efforts and maintain personnel records.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and policy implementation.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable laws.
• Manage leaves, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee benefits administration and enrollment processes.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
