Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services is seeking an Investigations & Compliance HR Business Partner to lead workplace investigations, assist with leave and accommodation processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and Company policies. This role helps mitigate risk while promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.

The position is responsible for fact-finding, risk assessment, recommendations, and timely resolution of employee relations issues, while identifying trends to strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.
• 3 years of experience conducting employee relations investigations.
• 3 years of experience with Affiantive Action Programs.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FMLA, ADA.
• Strong interview, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Judgment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal workplace investigations involving policy violations and employee relations issues.
• Conduct interviews, review documents, analyze facts, and prepare summaries and recommendations.
• Ensure investigations are timely, thorough, objective, and confidential.
• Maintain accurate and confidential investigation records and case documentation.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for investigations, accommodations, and leave administration.
• Prepare reports and metrics to support HR leadership decisions.
• Coordinate leave notifications and communications related to FMLA and ADA.
