Job summary

Kwanii is seeking an HR Intern in the United States to assist with the recruitment process. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and facilitating interviews. As an HR Intern, you will mainly be responsible for the whole recruiting process, including identifying potential candidates up to the whole candidate onboarding procedure.

Responsibilities

• Sourcecandidates
• Postjob advertisements to job boards and other social media platforms
• Review applicant resumes in order to evaluateapplicant eligibility
• Facilitate the entire hiring process (conduct interviews, schedule interview with hiring manager, monitor pre-employment requirements, and conduct new hire orientation)
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled inPsychology, Human Resource Management, or any related degree
• Strong ability to interact professionally with candidates at all levels
• Can work for a minimum of 320 hours equivalent to 2 months
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and organizational skillsand attention to detail
