Job summary

Responsibilities

Assist recruiting and hiring activities, including posting openings and interview coordination.
Assist with new-hire onboarding and orientation materials.
Maintain employee records and HR files with accuracy.
Input employee data in HRIS and other HR systems.
Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
Assist benefits administration and respond to routine questions.
Support HR policies, forms, and training materials updates.
Help with employee engagement activities and company events.
Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
