Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting and hiring activities, including posting openings, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding, including orientation materials and onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files with accuracy.
• Assist with employee data entry in the HRIS and other HR systems.
• Help coordinate background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment requirements.
• Assist with benefits administration and responding to routine questions.
• Maintain HR policies, forms, and training materials.
• Support employee engagement activities and company events.
• Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as requested.
• Assist with HR compliance, recordkeeping, and audits.
• Support offboarding processes and related paperwork.
