Rolls-Royce Corporation in Indianapolis, IN offers a Summer HR Internship (12 weeks) to support HR processes and employee relations. You will work with HR professionals on real projects, gaining exposure to contract administration and people strategies aligned with business goals.

You will learn through mentorship, exposure to labor relations and global HR best practices, and hands-on policy development and project management. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum GPA: 3.0.
• Work authorization: U.S. Citizen; no visa sponsorship.
• Enrollment in a degree program related to HR or Business.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with managing and tracking HR processes to support operations.
• Gather and analyze HR insights to inform decisions and improve processes.
• Support HR leaders in coaching leadership on sensitive HR matters and contracts.
• Assist in developing personal development initiatives for managers.
• Contribute to employee relations and compliance with policies.
• Participate in HR investigations, documentation and reporting as needed.
• Help develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Support policy development and implementation efforts.
